Re-Weld, Repair, or Resizing, Lost Chains?
Our permanent jewelry is designed to be minimalist and easy to wear for everyday use. However, despite their durability, these delicate pieces can still experience issues such as getting caught on something, breaking, or stretching. Your permanent chain doesn't necessarily have to be from SimplyBonded for us to re-weld it. For each re-weld, a new jump ring will be utilized.
Re-Weld: 1st Re-Weld free if purchased from us within 30 days! Have you removed your chain? Bring it to us, and we'll reattach it for you using a fresh jump ring.
Resize: Need to adjust the length of your chain? We'll take it off for you and ensure the perfect fit.
Repairs: Has your permanent chain been damaged? If it's repairable and can be reattached, it's on us! If we can't fix it, we'll offer you a discount for a replacement.
If you did not purchase from us a nominal fee of $10, we will do our best to repair it!
Please note that while we strive to provide the best service possible, SimplyBonded cannot be held responsible for lost chains. Additionally, please be aware that permanent jewelry and custom pieces are considered final sale.

What is permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is jewelry, typically a bracelet, anklet, or necklace, that is welded directly onto the wearer without a clasp, using a pulse arc welder to fuse the chain links together. Because there is no clasp, the jewelry is intended to be worn continuously and is only removed by cutting.
Can I remove it?
Yes if you need to remove it, don't worry, we have you covered! Our jewelry is designed for convenience. Simply cut it where the connecting link is and save the chain for future use/repair.
Will it tarnish or make my skin green?
Caring for Your Permanent Jewelry
We use only high-quality chains designed to last. Our 14k gold-filled jewelry is highly resistant to tarnishing, making it a perfect choice for everyday wear.
While tarnish is rare, factors such as body pH and exposure to chemicals can play a role. To keep your piece looking its best, simply wash it with mild soap and water when needed.
Our sterling silver chains actually improve with wear, the natural oils from your skin help maintain their shine.
